Business disputes account for approximately 35% of my practice, including breach of contract, fraud, breach of warranty, andemployment related claims, including discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour claims.

Some are handled on a contingent fee, and some on an hourly basis. My present hourly rate as of January 2006 is $340.00.
