Disclaimer

Richard LeBell Morgan aka Richard LeBell graduated from UCLA in 1970 with a bachelor of arts degree, and graduated from Loyola Law School in 1973 with a juris doctor degree. 

From 1974 to 1977 he worked for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office prosecuting crimes.  In 1977, he entered private practice under the firm name LeBell and Silverman 

In 1990, he teamed up with Ron Parker under the firm name Parker & Morgan.  Since 1999, Richard has been a sole practitioner, litigating mostly personal injury and business matters.

Honors include an honorary teaching certificate from Los Angeles Unified School District for his participation in the Lawyer in the Classroom program.  He has served as a judge pro tem on numerous occasions both in traffic and small claims matters.
