Drunk Driving Cases

For the first 10 years of my professional career, my practice was almost exclusively limited to criminal law, both as a prosecutor and defense attorney.

I have tried many drunk driving cases, but I would say 90% dispose of before trial because of the expense.

I charge an initial retainer between $2,500.00 and $5,000.00, depending on whether it is a first or subsequent offense, whether an accident was involved and the blood alcohol level.

If the matter proceeds to trial, I charge an additional per diem of $1,500.00. Initial consultation is free.
