Many serious injuries occur as a
result of a slip and fall on private or public property.
The
owner of such property is negligent for failure to use reasonable
care to keep the property in reasonably safe condition. A person
who owns property must use reasonable care to discover any
unsafe conditions and to repair, replace or give adequate warning
of
anything that could reasonably be expected to harm others.
The owner is not liable for injury due to slip and fall if he
had
no notice of the condition, and used reasonable diligence
to inspect the property.
